Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rosolie.com   with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

  • Discounted, clearance, or final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it to the return address we provide.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund.
